YOUR STATE IS ITS OWN COUNTRY
Every state functions like an independent nation, so when a baby is born in Texas State, they are considered a Texan National according to the 2016 GPO Style Manual, page 95. Parents have inadvertently provided evidence that their child is a federal district franchise such as White, American Indian, Latino, Black/African American, including proof of their child’s birth in a ZIP Code; in such cases, the District of Columbia regards the child as lost at sea, presumed dead without a state.

The template for the “Affidavit of Claim of Ownership” makes reference to the Full Faith and Credit Clause found in section four, which is based on Article IV, Section I of the United States Constitution. This indicates that laws or records from one state must be recognized and enforced in any other country or state.
According to the LLI Legal Information Institute, ArtIV.S1.1.1.1 Full Faith and Credit Clause: Historical Background, Article IV, Section 1 provides:
Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.
The 1877 Georgia Constitution states that laws of a general nature must have uniform operation throughout the state. This is found in Section IV, Paragraph
I of the Constitution. The 1877 Constitution also states that special laws cannot be enacted if an existing general law already provides for a situation.
Additionally, general laws that affect private rights cannot be changed in specific cases by special legislation, unless all affected parties give their written consent.
The latter part of this law stipulates that each individual must provide voluntary consent to any contractual agreement they have knowingly and willingly entered into, and that those who are legally incapacitated or disabled are unable to give valid consent to said agreement.
“Legal disability” is defined as a person “(1) younger than 18 years of age, or (2) of unsound mind.” Vernon v. City of Dallas, 2009 U.S. Dist.

Legal disability defined by the Business Dictionary- Lack of legal capacity or qualification, such as that of a minor or a mentally impaired person, to enter into a binding contract.
The District of Columbia is Committing Fraud
In reality, no American has ever held U.S. citizenship. The District of Columbia is engaging in deceitful practices by entering into agreements with newborns, who are incapable of providing informed consent and therefore cannot legally bind themselves to a contract. You are probably asking, “What Contract”? The contract you were entered into was your “Certificate of Live Birth”. You were registered as a British Territorial United States Citizen.
Your mother was the informant who registered you and because you were issued a birth certificate you as an individual can choose to obtain a social security number, register to vote, apply for a driver’s license, apply for a U.S.A. Passport, or life insurance. What your mother and father didn’t know was at the time they submitted the information on your behalf to the county or state registrar, they created a contract.
The District of Columbia is engaging in fraudulent activity by contracting with infants who are not legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
The infant’s birth information was provided by your parents to the county or state registrar in order to establish a contract. Were your parents aware of this action? It is unlikely, as this appears to be a carefully crafted scheme orchestrated by the top echelons of the worlds Freemasons. This illicit and unenforceable agreement contradicts the 1877 Georgia Constitution and all other constitutions.
The United States is located in the ten square mile radius which we all know as Washington D.C. Washington D.C. was created by the Organic Act of 1871. Everyone born in your state or country is a national and you are foreign to the United States. At our birth, we were all placed in the category of a plea of infancy, known as the Baby Act.
